Step 1:
Login to your Gold Dry Cleaners account using the link below:

Don't you remember your password? Select the option “Forgot Password” and get an email with a new one.

Step 2:
Now choose ‘Orders’ from the section “My Account” on the menu at the top.

Step 3:
On the right side you see the button “View Order” Click it. Go to the bottom and click “Reschedule” You can choose a new date and time by clicking on this button “‘Reschedule your order” when ready.

Note: Not to worry about making mistakes, if it happens you can reschedule or Just do a call to place order . Please be sure to do it before choosing a pick-up or delivery slot.

Re-scheduling on the Mobile App

Step 1:
First of all, open the application. Then tap “Current” at the bottom. It shows your current orders.

Step 2:
Click on the “Amend” under either Collection or Delivery. Next, select the date or time of your collection. You may choose your new time slot and tap on ‘AMEND’.

Congratulations! You’ve amended your dry cleaning order successfully.
